Who we are

Freytrak runs freytrak.com. Questions about this policy or your data: hello@freytrak.com.

Who uses Freytrak

Freytrak is used by the staff of our business customers. Accounts are by invitation only; there is no public sign-up.

What we hold

  • Your account name and email address, from Google sign-in or from email and password.
  • Your company's shipment data, imported from its freight forwarders: references, dates, routes, the parties involved and cargo details.
  • Documents your team uploads, such as packing lists and invoices.
  • Notes and activity your team records in the app.
  • Basic sign-in and audit logs.

Where it is held and who processes it

  • Supabase stores the database and files, in the EU (Ireland).
  • Vercel runs the website and server code (in the US by default).
  • Resend sends our emails.
  • Anthropic (Claude) powers the AI assistant. It reads your company's own shipment data to answer your company's questions. Each company only ever sees its own data.
  • Google handles sign-in, if you choose to sign in with Google.

What we don't do

No advertising, no selling of data and no tracking cookies. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember which company you are viewing.

Emails we send

Alerts and summaries that you choose to receive, and arrival emails to your company's own warehouses.

Keeping data separate

Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's.

Your choices

Your company can ask us to export or delete its data at any time by writing to hello@freytrak.com.
